We provide a platform and process for individuals to submit information about their properties so we can evaluate them and make purchase offers. • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits or data.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website with the updated "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
